Details:Affordable and convenient lab testing available without a doctors order or an appointment. Tests available are:

Wellness Panel: $40

Click here for a list of tests included.

Complete Blood Count (CBC): $25

Prostate Evaluation (PSA): $30

Thyroid Evaluation (TSH): $35

 

Patients must be 18 years of age. Cash or check only. Insurances will not be billed for community wellness services. Register at the CVMC lab upon arrival.
