Coming to Carson Valley Medical Center means getting the right cancer treatment at the right time from skilled practitioners who care about you. We offer 3 things patients with cancer need most: expertise, compassion, and personalized medical care. We realize cancer is a difficult diagnosis, and that’s why we offer skilled physical and mental care to patients with cancer.
Cancer is an unpredictable and often aggressive disease, but it is treatable. Depending on your specific cancer type, our personalized treatment varies. Our main goal in cancer treatment is stopping the disease from spreading through removing tumors and using medication to destroy lingering cancer cells. Some of the treatments we offer include surgical tumor removal and chemotherapy. Treatment for cancer symptoms and side effects is also important, as cancer treatment doesn’t only involve killing the disease, but help with any damaging side effects, too.
CVMC Cancer Care is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday. We are accepting new Cancer Care patients and can take orders from any Nevada physician. Please call the CVMC Cancer Care at 775.783.3041 for help.
